Retired from Indian Police Service as Director General of Police (Rajasthan), Dr. Manoj Bhatt has a versatile persona. Winner of many prestigious medals and awards, apart from the Prime Minister's Baton and Revolver, he brings to the organization, his vast experience of disciplined working in the State Police department, CID Intelligence, Anti-Corruption Bureau and an exposure to Lok Adalat, Consumer Protection, HR Management, Disaster Management, US Olympics Security, Osteopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Nutrition, Physiology and a post-graduate and Doctorate in Yoga and Preksha-dhyan from Jain Vishwa Bharati University of Rajasthan. He is a recipient of the prestigious Indian Police Medal for Meritorious Services and President of India's Police Medal for Distinguished Services.

CHAIRPERSON

Retired as Director General of Income Tax, Rajasthan, he has been a distinguished officer of the Indian Revenue Service, having served in different capacities in the Income Tax Department pan India. He has been the erstwhile Tax Advisor to Uttar Pradesh Government and Independent Director of Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. His participation in the Advance Management Programme at IIM Bangalore & University of Maryland, USA, in 2013, the Global Leadership Programme at IIM Ahmedabad & Harvard Business School, USA in 2015 speaks volumes of his exposure in the sphere of management. He is presently actively associated with several Charitable organizations and NGOs.

Shri Devesh Kumar Bansal is a Lawyer by profession. He is the President of PRESIDENT "DEVANSH NYAYPATH", Senior Standing Counsel, Govt. Of India, Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur

SECRETARY

A Corporate Entity, a Business Process and Digitalisation Consultant, Mr. Puri brings to the organization over three decades of experience in senior positions and exposure to the Banking sector, Industry, Consultancy with expertise in Business Process Re-engineering, digitalization and automation.

JOINT SECRETARY

A creative handicrafts manufacturer, exporter and businessman by profession, Shri Sanjay Jain is a Post Graduate from JNU, New Delhi. A keen practitioner of Yog, he also holds a post-Graduate degree in Yog from Jain Vishwa Bharati University of Rajasthan.

A philanthropist by heart, a social worker by intent, his association with Prayas has been since its very early days. He has been a friend, philosopher and guide for the organization for over two decades. Over the last six years, he has become actively involved in all Prayas activities and projects and inspite of his busy schedule and personal commitments, is always forthcoming and proactive in Prayas related matters.

TREASURER

Painter, printmaker, teacher, Dr. Shail Choyal hails from a family of artists. A student of printmaking (Slade College, London), his Doctoral thesis is on Indian traditional art - 'Nathdwara Painting'. Apart from being a recipient of fellowships from the Ministry of Culture, Govt of India and British Council, he has earned 22 awards in various prestigious exhibitions held in India and Abroad. He has held several one man shows in India, London, France, U.S.S.R, Germany, Latvija, Switzerland, Japan and Indonesia.

He has participated in Seminars, Art Camps, Traveling Exhibitions of Printmaking and other celebrated exhibitions in most of the continents, and also has experience of being Jury member for academis' exhibitions and art academic bodies in India and overseas .

The contribution of this internationally acclaimed artist with Prayas as Founder member has been invaluable. After three decades of imparting Art lessons, he is presently a free-lance practicing artist.

FOUNDER MEMBER

A pilot, a yoga enthusiast and an adventurer by heart Seema Singh Bhatia has a bold outlook and works with determination in everything she sets her heart on. She brings with her two decades of experience as an educator, where she challenged her creative skills to bring new methods of learning for the children. An avid traveller, she loves to tread new paths in life and at work!

She has been associated with Prayas since its inception. A member, who has witnessed the evolution of the organization from a handful of children in a small house to it's present status. She has lent strength to Team Prayas and been a part of the arduous journey, of overcoming difficulties, and living the moments of joy, emanating from numerous small and big achievements.

Her MBA degree in Finance and her work in the HR sector, has exposed her to an enriching and dynamic work experience of over two decades in the corporate sector. She is committed to do her bit in giving back to the community, and contributes her services as a social welfare volunteer.
